This versatile, heavy duty attachment can be used on any landmine or cable system.
Simply slide the attachment over the barbell sleeve in a landmine and use the carabiners to attach handles at your preferred width.
Similarly, it can be attached to a high/low cable using a carabiner. This gives you multiple grip width options for lat pulldowns, low rows, biceps, triceps, etc.
