Our Push/Pull Sled has a fully welded heavy duty frame that sticks firmly to the ground when training, and is built to hold as much weight as you can load on it.
The traditional straight handles detach easily from the frame, and the sled can be used with our Belt Squat/Dip Belt to drag from the hips.
